Mom Jongwhose turn is it, honey?

Terms of use

Last updated October 7, 2026

By using Mom Jong you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.

The app

Mom Jong is a game for entertainment. It is provided as-is, and we may change, pause or end any part of it, including online play, at any time. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. Please don’t copy it, resell it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build something that competes with it.

Your card

Mom Jong does not include or distribute the official National Mah Jongg League card. The only card that comes with the app is a made-up practice card. If you add a card, you confirm you’re entitled to use it that way — for example, that you own it for your personal use. You are responsible for what you upload. Mom Jong is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Mah Jongg League.

What you put in

You keep ownership of what you add, such as your display name, emblem and card. You let us store and process it only as needed to run the game for you and your table. We never use your card for anything else and never show it to other players.

Playing nicely

Age

Online play is for people 13 and older, or the higher age required where you live. If you’re under that age you can still practice and play the computer.

Your account

Online play uses a guest account tied to your device. You can stop at any time, and you can delete your account from inside the app. We can’t recover a deleted account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

App stores

If you got Mom Jong from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple’s standard end user licence terms also apply to iPhone downloads, and Apple and Google aren’t responsible for the app or for support, and have no warranty obligations for it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms for iPhone downloads and may enforce them against you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost games, scores or data, or for anything that happens at a table between players. Mom Jong is offered without warranties of any kind. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live that can’t be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the app will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law, nothing here takes that away.
