Delete your Mom Jong account
In the app
- Open Mom Jong and tap Play with friends online.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
By email
Can’t open the app? Email support@checkmatelabs.app from any address with the subject “Delete my Mom Jong account” and your display name and a table invite code if you remember one. We’ll delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it’s done.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in tokens, display name, emblem and tile style.
- Your seats at tables, and any card you uploaded (tables you own pass to the next player, or are closed if no one is left).
- Your notification token, and your account ID on usage events.
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal rotation within 30 days. Practice scores, saved tables and cards stored on your phone are removed when you delete the app.
